Binh An Water Treatment Plant in Ho Chi Minh City was the first Malaysian build, operate and transfer (BOT) project in Vietnam that is now successfully in operation in Vietnam. MASSCORP together with its other Malaysian partners, hold a 20-year concession to supply treated water to Ho Chi Minh City.

The Danang Industrial Zone or IZ Danang currently has 38 investors with a total invested capital exceeding US$70 million. These investments have created more than 12,000 jobs.

Comprising 143 well-appointed suites, the MiCasa is located near to the central business distric of Yangon. Facilities include a business centre, function rooms, bistro bar, gymnasium, swimming pool, etc.

Officially launched by former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, the Malaysian Business Centre in Kampala, Uganda was set up by MASSCORP to promote the trade of Malaysian products in Eastern Africa.
